I have worked in range of roles, but most have had a strong focus on customer service, first line troubleshooting, infrastructure automation, performance optimization, and streamlining complex technical environments.
In my free time I enjoy tinkering with web applications, hiking, travelling the globe and taking part in GameJams to improve my Game Development skills.
